What counts as net losses?
Cashback is based on real-money losses on slots for the day. Bonus money is not included.
When is cashback paid?
Every day. Cashback for yesterday is added to your balance the next day and expires after 7 days.
How do I move up a level?
Each $1 you bet on slots earns 1 comp point. Your level updates when you reach the points in the table.
Can I lose my level?
Your level follows your comp points. Points do not expire, but exchanging points for free spins or bonus cash takes them off your total, so your level can go down.
Is there a wagering requirement on cashback?
Yes. It falls as you move up, from ×20 at the first level to ×5 at the top level.
